Withdrawal Form

We ask for 15 days notice when withdrawing from lessons. To avoid being billed for the upcoming months lessons, please submit a Withdrawal Form by the 15th of the current month.

A confirmation email will be sent within 3-5 business days; please contact the office if you do not receive one.
